It is up to the Therapist to decide whether he/she will share the case notes with you.
Payment
Organisations
Organisations can pay either by using the Payment Gateway or by using net banking.
Organisations can either pre-pay or post-pay depending on the contractual terms
Individuals
Individuals can pay either by using the Payment Gateway or by using net banking.
All individual payments have to be made in advance
- You can cancel or change your appointment free of charge before 48 hours
- 50% of fees will be deducted if the appointment is cancelled or changed between 24 to 48 hours
- 100% of fees will be deducted if the appointment is cancelled or changed within 24 hours
- You will get a full refund in case
- There are exigencies like an illness
- The expert has behaved in an inappropriate manner
- The expert has not provided services at the desired quality
Therapist / Coaches / Counsellor
(Referred to as Experts)
We have very strict qualification and experience criteria. All applicants are interviewed and vetted by our panel of senior experts.
You are free to book your session with any available expert. However, the chosen expert has the right to accept or reject you as a client. The chosen expert may refer you to another expert if he/she feels that the referred expert is more suitable for you.
You can change your expert. But please make the decision to change for professional and not personal or trivial reasons.
