Jaya is a certified counsellor and a psychotherapist, who brings a cross-border cultural understanding having lived and worked in India as well as Singapore and Shanghai, China.

Her practice has been diverse and expansive across demographics and her areas of specialisation range from Integrated Somatic Psychotherapy (ISP), to child and adolescent counselling and occupational and performance counselling in adults.
